Jesy began as a Technician at Gardens in December 2011 after
graduating from the Vet Tech Institute of Pittsburgh. With a
Bachelor's in Biology, Jesy has a passion for laboratory work and
microbiology. She enjoys working in conjunction with the Doctors
to facilitate treatment plans for the patients. Strengthening the
human-animal bond is where Jesy receives the most fulfillment in her
Viva and Astrid, Jesy's two small mixed breed dogs, enjoy watching
penguins games with her. She frequently spends time outdoors with
them as well, kayaking and camping with her husband and two sons.
Syrax, her feline baby, has the fluffiest tail that he loves to show to
everyone. Jesy adopted a red-eared slider turtle named Hannibal since
she appreciates all types of wildlife.
Grace started working at Gardens in July 2012. She graduated from Median
School with an Associate's Degree in Animal Health Technician. Her favorite
part of her job is seeing animals enjoy their visit to the hospital, especially
when they remember her and are happy to see her!
Katie graduated from the Vet Tech Institute in July of 2015 and started at
Gardens a month later. She has been with us ever since.
She has almost an entire zoo at home. Her four dogs, Skye, Baby, Winston
and Pixie. Three cats, Nico, Dory, and Eloise. She also has zebra finches
and 4 aquariums full of fish. Her pets, her husband, and her two sons
definitely keep her busy.
Judy has an Associate Degree Veterinary Technology and has been
licensed since 1982. Being in the veterinary field is all she every wanted
to do. She loves how every day at Gardens is never the same, and how
shes always learning something new. She also enjoys interacting with
and educating clients. She started working at Gardens in the beginning
of October of 2017 but has worked with Dr Elliott and Linda in the past.
With 2 dogs, 6 cats, 4 geese, fish, ducks and a husband of 32 years,
Judy is obviously a lover of all types of animals. Sydney, her
brittany/lab mix, and Waylon, her 8 year old Aussie/Golden Retriever
mix, have a love/hate relationship with her geese!
Outside of work, Judy and her husband enjoy jeepin' landscaping,
gardening and going to their camp in Elk County.
